RESOLVED Critical Services (Network, Campus Cloud, Phone)

Campus core routers were rebooted at 7 PM, no service interruption occurred. The network issue appears to be resolved but our team continues to monitor the situation, including telephone service.

Over the next few days, we will continue to follow the steps necessary to stabilize the campus cloud service. An update will be sent out once the work has been completed.

In order to resolve the issues we have seen today, including network and phone latency, our team has determined that it is necessary to reboot the campus core routers at 7 PM. During this time, we do not expect any outage or interrupted service. 

In addition to restarting the core routers, our team is working to implement a vendor solution to further stabilize the campus cloud service. Initial steps have already shown progress.

ACNS/Telecom staff will continue to monitor the situation overnight and into tomorrow morning. We will provide an update once tonight's work is completed.
