Housing & Dining Services

The Palmer Center is the central location for Housing & Dining Services offices. The first floor houses Residence Life and Dining Services offices, while the second floor contains Apartment Life and Housing & Dining administration offices. Stop by if you have questions about housing or dining options.

Westfall Hall is one of two 12-story residence hall towers on campus that features community-style double rooms (residents in each corridor share a community bathroom). A limited number of double corner rooms are also available, featuring two private bedrooms and a shared common room. A limited number of single rooms are also available.

On-site parking available at Westfall; due to limited parking in the core of campus, students are encouraged to bring a bike or longboard.

Game Day Repark Program

Durward Hall is one of two 12-story residence hall towers on campus that features community-style double rooms (residents in each corridor share a community bathroom). Game Day Repark Program

The Durrell Center is a two-level complex located between Westfall and Durward Halls, consisting of the Durrell Dining Center and Durrell Express on the upper level, and a variety of multipurpose seminar rooms, classrooms, meeting spaces, and offices for programming, relaxing, and studying on the lower level.

The Pavilion provides programming, lounge, and meeting spaces for Laurel Village. The Pavilion received the University’s first ever platinum level LEED certification. Over 88% of the material from the deconstruction of the Lory Apartments was recycled, repurposed, reused, or otherwise diverted from the landfill. The Pavilion features innovative energy-saving features including a katabatic tower. The Pavillion also houses the Eco Leaders office, a game room/lounge space, seminar classrooms, and The Spoke bicycle shop.

One of two newer residence halls opened Fall 2014. Piñon Hall features a mix of community-style rooms and suite-style rooms with shared and private bathrooms. Close to Durrell Center, which offers a dining center, programming space, game room, and outdoor seating.

Important Renovation Notice

The largest residence hall on campus, Corbett Hall features suite-style rooms (bathroom shared between two rooms) and is located on the north side of campus near the Student Recreation Center and Moby Arena.

Important Renovation Notice

Parmelee hall features suite-style rooms (bathroom shared between two rooms) and is located on the north side of campus near the Student Recreation Center. Parmelee was extensively renovated in 2012 and features a 4th floor with air conditioning, lofted ceilings, and a large student kitchen.

Allison Hall is located on the north side of campus close to the Lory Student Center and features community-style double rooms (residents in each corridor share a community bathroom).

Ingersoll Hall features community-style double rooms (residents in each corridor share a community bathroom) and is located on the Southwest side of campus.

Ample on-site parking that typically has spaces available; due to limited parking in the core of campus, students are encouraged to bring a bike or longboard to go back and forth to classes.

Edwards Hall is located on the south side of campus near the intramural fields and Rams Horn dining center. It features community-style double rooms in which residents in each corridor share a community bathroom, has numerous study spaces throughout the building as well as a community TV/movie lounge and game room.

On-site parking is available with additional parking available next door at Ingersoll Hall; due to limited parking in the core of campus, students are encouraged to bring a bike or longboard.

Summit Hall is located on the south side of campus near the horticulture gardens and across from Edwards Hall and the Academic Village. Summit features suite-style rooms comprised of either one single and one double room sharing a bathroom or two double rooms sharing a bathroom.

Game Day Repark Program

The Academic Village Commons features the Ram's Horn Dining Center which includes a Mongolian Grill, Sizzling Salads, Tex Mex, Stone Hearth Pizza, the Sports Grill, Ram’s Horn Express convenience store, and more. Central mailboxes for Engineering, Honors, and Aspen halls are located in the Commons.

The Honors hall is located in the Academic Village and features suite-style rooms with private bathrooms. AV-Honors is reserved for first year Honors students.

The Engineering hall is located in the Academic Village and features suite-style rooms with private bathrooms. AV-Engineering is open to first-year Engineering majors only; Edwards Hall also features floors for additional Engineering students. *All Engineering majors living in the Academic Village Residential Learning Community will be assessed an additional program charge through the College of Engineering.

Aspen Hall is located in the Academic Village and features suite-style rooms with private bathrooms. Aspen Hall is open to returning and transfer students and has designated spaces for students in the Honors Program. Six four-person quad suites with two shared bathrooms are also available.

Newsom Hall is centrally located on campus near the intramural fields and classroom buildings. Newsom features community-style double rooms (residents in each corridor share a community bathroom). A large event center that hosts programming and fun events is in Newsom Hall.

Very limited parking is available in front with additional student parking available a couple blocks to the West; due to limited parking in the core of campus and CSU's designation as a Bicycle-Friendly-Campus, students are encouraged to bring a bike or longboard.

Braiden Hall is centrally located on campus, close to classroom buildings and the library. Braiden features suite-style rooms (bathroom shared between two rooms), and is reserved for students in Residential Learning Communities. Braiden contains the Braiden Dining Center.
