Description
The Pavilion provides programming, lounge, and meeting spaces for Laurel Village. The Pavilion received the University’s first ever platinum level LEED certification. Over 88% of the material from the deconstruction of the Lory Apartments was recycled, repurposed, reused, or otherwise diverted from the landfill. The Pavilion features innovative energy-saving features including a katabatic tower. The Pavillion also houses the Eco Leaders office, a game room/lounge space, seminar classrooms, and The Spoke bicycle shop.
