Proposal Submission Opens
The call for proposal submissions opened August 25.
Proposal Submission Closes
The call for proposals closes October 5.
Acceptances are sent to students in mid-October.
The 2023 Graduate Student Showcase presentations will be presented in-person in the LSC on November 15. Showcase your research and creativity while connecting with other graduate students and faculty at CSU, learn about other disciplines, and gain conference experience.
9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.: Check-in for Graduate Student Presenters in the LSC Grand Ballroom
9:40 a.m. - 10:35 a.m.: Performing Arts Performances (times are tentative)
9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.: GREEN Poster and Visual Art Presentations
10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: GOLD Poster and Visual Art Presentations
12:30 P.M. - 2:30 p.m.: Free headshots are available for all graduate students in LSC 322
4:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.: Kasha Patel will give the keynote address in the LSC Theatre at 4:00 p.m. (a ticket is not required)
5:00 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.: Awards Reception.
