Intro to Linux for Summit/HPC

Description Description: Dr. Kim Kanigel Winner, from the Research Computing department at CU Boulder, will present this in-depth hands-on workshop that is intended for new users or existing users who want to learn or get a refresher on basic Linux commands. Topics will include logging in, navigating between directories, copying and moving files, and other such fundamentals.
For those who would like to attend both modules (Intro to Linux, 1:30pm-3pm and Intro to Job Submission, 3pm-5pm, please register for both events separately).

Details Attendees should bring their own laptops to the seminar.
Prerequisites • Attendees with Windows machines should install PuTTY on their machines prior to the seminar (no additional software required for Mac or Linux machines).
